Jaguar Land Rover offered a new franchise in Cerritos to the Land Rover dealer in Anaheim Hills. The City of Cerritos Redevelopment Agency acquired two acres from a private school for the new facility. We designed the new dealership incorporating the requirements of the Cerritos Auto Square, Land Rover and Jaguar design elements, and the needs of the dealer. Two acres is not sufficient for a traditional dealership. So, we designed the service department on the ground level with three levels of parking above. This is carefully disguised in a modern elegant facility meeting the needs of luxury automobile sales and service.
